Had ordered for love4ride set of 100 pencil such 2set instead have received parcel with having led bulb in it with invoice in which it's written Love4ride set of 100 pencil qty 2 and when opened its having led bulb in it. Totally wrong product has been received. Had received the parcel by myself, Had ordered for pencils but received wrong product (bulb) that also in broken pack which was inside the parcel. Need refund of 362/- for the order. Check the parcel photo had ordered for pencils which was required for son study material but to my surprise the bulb that also in broken packing received. Totally example of mismanagement by supplier which cannot be seen as error but an act which is done purposely for harassment, I am regular buyer from shopclues but such and experience, I think will have to delete the app for future any purchases. Kindly refund the amount and do the needful.
